About the opportunity:
- Primary care - ages 2 and up
- Wellness physicals
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
Schedule:
- 4 - 10 hour shifts - schedule can be 32 - 40 hours per week
- Flexible start
- No weekends, no nights, no on-call

- MD or DO actively licensed in West Virginia
- Board certified or board eligible in FM or IM
- Active and unrestricted DEA
