A In Room Dining Manager for Conrad Dubai is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Must have minibar and room service experience
• Must have experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure remaining calm, professional, efficient, detail-oriented and courteous.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Team spirit and the right attitude.
• Flexibility to work on different shifts.
• Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English.

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry
• Previous experience managing payroll, budgets and forecasting
