Job will be based in Liwa (Western Region).
As a commis chef you will do food preparation work and cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish, butchery and cold sections as salads & desserts as required by operations. This is your big chance to learn all there is to know about your culinary career.
Company will provide the accommodation, transportation and meal.
