2 years of handson experience in FenX configuration

Overall 89 years of BA experience in CLM and KYC domain in Banking

Understanding of banking customer onboarding journey & compliance requirement

Experience in digital project implementation preferably customer onboarding KYC/eKYC Customer Lifecycle End to End.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment and to manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.

The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet challenging objectives.

Good knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies

Use of frameworks and tools

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse groups of people verbal and written

Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word Excel Power Point Visio and Project

Fluent command of the English language Arabic is a plus

Ability to work as a team player and promote a cooperative work atmosphere

Education Level: Minimum of Bachelor s Degree from a recognized institute.

Experience in Data Analysis and Customer Migration.

Experience in process documentation in Microsoft Visio.

Familiar with API integration and system technical analysis.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
