Job Description
- Maintain landscape inventories and storage area for materials tools equipment and accessories
- Maintain and update landscape inventory list
- Monitor inventory levels
- Manage landscape subcontractors and vendors
- Report on workload material usage and subcontractor performance to management
- Manage landscape inventory
- Maintain landscape tools and equipment
- Perform all landscaping and maintenance duties
-Understanding of construction methods and technologies -Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts -May have knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling -Knowledge of jobsite safety practices required
