Support in cascading of the Sales and Development function strategy into Marketing department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.
Support in the preparation of the Marketing department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
Prepare budgets and keep track of actual events’ related costs such as venue costs, branding costs, sales travel costs, and marketing costs and formulate action plans to avoid exceeding budgets.
People Management
Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives and support the reporting line in setting the Marketing department’s individual objectives, tracking performance, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance.
Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics as employees of the Marketing department to foster a value-driven culture within the organization.
