The Digital Adoption Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the digital adoption strategy for an organization. This includes identifying, planning, and executing digital initiatives to enhance the organizations productivity, efficiency, and profitability. The Digital Adoption Manager will also work closely with internal teams to develop and implement digital training programs to ensure that employees are proficient in using digital tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital adoption strategy for the organization
- Identify and evaluate digital tools and technologies to improve the organizations productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that digital initiatives align with business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement digital training programs to ensure that employees are proficient in using digital tools and systems
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and training programs
- Analyze data and generate reports to track and communicate progress and impact of digital initiatives
- Stay current with digital trends and industry developments to ensure that the organization is leveraging the latest technologies
- Manage relationships with digital vendors and service providers
- Develop and manage budgets and timelines for digital initiatives
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that digital initiatives comply with regulatory and legal requirements
- Ensure that digital initiatives are accessible and inclusive for all users
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support digital adoption

Requirements
- Bachelors or higher degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or technology
- 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, digital transformation, or related fields
- Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends
- Experience in developing and implementing digital training programs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in budget and timeline management
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to digital initiatives
- Familiarity with change management principles and strategies
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong project management skills
