• Identify and evaluate digital tools and technologies to improve the organizations productivity, efficiency, and profitability
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that digital initiatives align with business goals and objectives
  
• Develop and implement digital training programs to ensure that employees are proficient in using digital tools and systems
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and training programs
  
• Analyze data and generate reports to track and communicate progress and impact of digital initiatives
  
• Stay current with digital trends and industry developments to ensure that the organization is leveraging the latest technologies
  
• Manage relationships with digital vendors and service providers
  
• Develop and manage budgets and timelines for digital initiatives
  
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that digital initiatives comply with regulatory and legal requirements
  
• Ensure that digital initiatives are accessible and inclusive for all users
  
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support digital adoption

Requirements

• Bachelors or higher degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or technology
  
• 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, digital transformation, or related fields
  
• Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends
  
• Experience in developing and implementing digital training programs
  
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience in budget and timeline management
  
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to digital initiatives
  
• Familiarity with change management principles and strategies
  
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
