Job Description
Sacramento-based client is seeking a temp-hire AP Accountant to assist with the accounts payable accounting needs of the company. This is a fully on-site opportunity with an hourly pay rate between $31-$34, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position, please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately process all payable invoices to the company's accounting system
- Manage all AP accounts and reconcile AP transactions
- Maintain and manage aging reports
- Contact and coordinate with all of the organization's vendors related to accounts payable operations
- Maintain all vendor files
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Quickbooks preferred
- Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
