Job Description
Collaborate with sales representatives to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and meet revenue goals.
Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and support for sales activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth and improvement.
