Person Specification Qualifications Essential
- Registered Nurse with post registration experience
- Nursing diploma/degree
- Relevant portfolio of education/evidence to date
Knowledge and Experience Essential
- Work as a registered nurse providing skilled nad compassionate care
Desirable
- Relevant field of nursing
- Supporting students/mentorship qualification
- Theatre recovery skills
Skills and Aptitudes Essential
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team member without close supervision
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to mentor HCAs and junior staff
- Demonstration of compassionate values nad behaviours needed for dignified care
