Person Specification Experience Essential
- Experience of working in a busy, customer service focussed environment; dealing with customers face to face; responding to complex queries of a sensitive nature, often non-routine
- Experience of care navigator duties
- Experience of handling complex, sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality
- Experience of task related problem solving
Desirable
- Experience of working previously in a care navigation type role, ideally within a medical practice
Qualifications Essential
- Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or having equivalent experience in a relevant area
