ARK People Solutions is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for developing designing and delivering training programs to ensure organizational effectiveness and employee development. The Learning and Development Specialist will work to identify training needs and develop objectives create content and evaluate the impact of training programs.
Main Responsibilities:
Assess training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure organizational effectiveness and employee development
Create training content and materials for various learning modalities
Evaluate the impact of training programs to ensure objectives are met
Monitor and report on training outcomes and metrics
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective training
Utilize adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer
Maintain accurate records of training programs and attendee information
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Organizational Development or related field
5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs
Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Arabic language highly preferred
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with learning management systems
