Protecnium is an international consulting firm specialising in engineering and technician We are currently recruiting candidates to join our team to fill a position as Construction Superintendent for a large project in Washington DC.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction
• Supervise and schedule grading, drainage, paving, structures, and other miscellaneous construction crews and subcontractors on a daily
• Provide leadership and direction to construction
• Manage field operations as well as coordinate work with other company Superintendents and
• Take an active role in emphasizing safety, quality and production, leading by
• Assist Engineers with quantities and
• Coordinate equipment and crews and other job related activities to maximize
• Attend status meetings to discuss
• Perform additional assignments as
• Ensure that ALL resources assigned are maintained, protected, secured and used at optimum
• Protection and enhancement of public relations, company image, and company
• Understand project budgets and productions to manage personnel and equipment
• Have a working knowledge of all required plans and

Requirements and skills:

• Experience of 5-7 years as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction projects (infrastructure, roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, etc).
