- Inpatient/Outpatient Family Medicine Physician opportunity 30 minutes from downtown Chicago

Family Medicine Physician
- Primarily outpatient practice
- Medication management
- Monday-Friday
- EPIC EMR system utilized in Outpatient settings
Requirements of Family Medicine Physician
- BC/BE
- Must have MD
- Licensed in the state of IL or IN
