Job Description

- Be the single point of contact for general delivery & stakeholder management.
- Responsible for the execution of the project in alignment with the Project Management Governance.
- Responsible for the development & sign-off of the Project Management Plan (PMP) with the Business Owner & Programme Lead.
- Manage project delivery at all stages, inclusive of any changes/ variations.
- Determine the Concept & Detailed Design activities with the Design, Research & SME departments within the company.
- Liaise the Procurement activities with Supply Management.
- Manage the physical works on site including areas out of and back into the operation with all stakeholders.
- Provide appropriate reporting (e.g. cost, schedule, risks) to ensure transparent communication.
- Demonstrate strong client focus at the project level ensuring good working relationships.
- Determine SME, internal/ external resources, etc. to ensure optimal execution of the projects.
- Motivate project team members to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate/ report across organization, as required.
