Roles & Responsibilities
· Attend customers calls and arrange a suitable booking for servicing their vehicles.
· Enter the booking into the Customer Booking System.
· Note down the number of vehicles booked for service and forward it to the Service Advisor.
· Call the customer for conformation of booking his/her vehicle for service.
· Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) with regards to customers vehicle to be serviced, which was received in the showroom.
