Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Performs daily review and publish of the backorders across all OEM/customers and coordinates with key stakeholders, to keep workflow on track.
- Performs data analysis on operational metrics and provide assessment and information to the key stakeholders, as part of weekly and monthly metrics review.
- Assists others in the specific daily tasks and setting of priorities to accomplish the shipping, receiving, data entry, warehouse, and related support to the Service Department.
- Assists Service accounting with billing, invoicing and customer related inquiries. Duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
- Obtains accurate information from service shops and other staff members on status of cores.
- Develops a clear process for receiving and tracking exchange units, to reduce replacement float stock.
- Prepares forecast by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and presents weekly to management team.
- Ensures customs compliance: Works closely with our compliance and legal administrator to ensure product values, taxes and all compliance issues are resolved.
- Conducts audits of assigned areas to ensure compliance with procedures and instructions. Communicates all concerns in a timely manner to warehouse manager.
- Interacts directly with the assigned customers regarding order placements and shipment release. Be primary interface and report provider for service-related items to internal departments for any issues with shipments, returns, field failures, etc.
