- Lead the end-to-end bidding process for contact center projects, from initial opportunity assessment to final proposal submission.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and other departments/teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions and pricing models.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all proposals.
- Manage a team of bidding specialists and provide guidance on best practices.
