• Generate quotations and update the quotation system.
• Knowledge of office methods and procedures.

• Executes routine secretarial work including written or composed correspondences.
• Communicate with clients and entertain tenants’ calls/inquiries adequately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate and report all sales activities to the sales manager in a timely manner and ensure client satisfaction.
• Research, prospects, source, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities to reach sales targets.
• Prepares tenancy contract for Leasing Managers review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.
• Maintains and develops business with existing tenants.
• Captures leads and prospects and maintains a database for new prospects.
• Validates and verifies all documentation submitted by the clients, prior to processing a sale to always ensure compliance with the policy.
• Conducts viewing for prospects.
• Always ensure compliance with the sales policies.
• Handles all clients in a professional manner.
• Assist Sales Manager in actively leasing new and existing properties.
• Responding to complaints from tenants and giving after-sales support when needed.
• Staying up to date on market & industry trends and finding a unique approach in making the company’s products & services as attractive as possible to potential clients.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities and operations of the office or department.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales details.
• Analyze workflow issues and implement workable solutions.
• Issue invoices to the tenants and follow up payments, as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Attend to incoming phone calls and visitors.
• Receptionist duties and other admin duties as assigned by the Superior.
• Any other task instructed by The Management, as needed.
