Sells assigned products to all sectors, whether they are private companies, Government Departments or individuals.
Maintains an excellent technical knowledge about the company products.
Finds new prospects through the media or by cold calls and try to turn them into clients.
Stays in constant touch with the Line Manager for guidance, reviews outstanding quotations, updates on the market and advises improvement of system in order to comply with the quality policy.
Gathers information about competitors products, catalogs, prices, advantages and disadvantages awareness.
Act as a link between client and Service Department in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Follows up on the collection of outstanding payment. In case of any default, reports the case to the Department Head.
Convinces the customer post sales to take service/maintenance contract.
Submit weekly and monthly, customer visit, inquiry logs and weekly planner and quotation status report to the Line Manager.
To promote sales of Earth Moving and Construction Equipment - viz Bull Backhoe Loader, Skid Steer Loader, Thwaites Dumpers, Wheel Loaders, Excavators and Avant Mini Loaders in Dubai and Northern Emirates region.
Requirements
BSC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the same industry
Good communication and negotiation skills
Technical knowledge
Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure
Team player and articulate personality
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
