- Contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals.
- Conduct site visits, prepare cost analysis and submit quotations for modernization according to Al Arabia safety standards and regulations.
- Synchronize and cooperate with other departments, when necessary, to ensure synergy, smooth work flow and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all Al Arabia safety procedures and guidelines.
- Use care and caution when handling customers’ belongings and when present on customers’ properties.
Key Activities:
- Contact clients and schedule site inspection visits upon request for modernization.
- Prepare quotations and costing estimates for modernization work and submit to Modernization
Manager for approval
- Supervise the modernization quotations and offers
- Follow up on the modernization site progress & project’s milestones confirmation
- Controlling the project’s Profit & Loss
- Yearly budget and forecasting preparation
- Ensure continuous customer service by maintaining regular contact with clients
- Create designs for offers for modernized elevators and cabins
- Prepare the necessary purchase requisition and following up for the onsite delivery
- Conduct internal quality audits
Requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years experience in the same field, Experience in UAE is mandatory
- Engineering standards and codes of practice
- Contract and commercial knowledge

- Ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to their successful completion
