- Study the products technically and commercially for our complete range.
- Plan visits to End Users/EPCs/OEMs in your region.
- Generate inquiries for field instrumentation products & valves.
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Offers with the help of the internal Product Team in UAE/India.
- Involve the Sales/Country Manager for final discussions/negotiations if needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to execute orders in a proper and timely manner.
- Register our Agency Brands in all major Oil and Gas Companies in your region.
- Obtain approvals for our manufacturing brands.
- Sales targets will be given for each Sales Engineer based on their territory/number of customers, and we expect you to achieve 100% or more.
- Incentives will be provided upon achieving the targets. Incentive schemes are available even if you achieve 80%/90%/100% and more.

- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular contacts and identify further sales and business development opportunities.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes for acquiring customers, opportunities, and submitting contract documents.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Develop strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
- Identify requirements for new products and services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
- Respond to client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
