Job Description

Monitor and manage the cost of building projects from inception to completion.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections.

Prepare tender and contract documents.

Negotiate and agree contracts with contractors, subcontractors and other professionals.

Monitor and report on the progress of projects and keep records of variations.

Prepare and submit final accounts.

Provide technical advice on contractual claims.

Manage the procurement of materials.

Advise on the use of different building materials and construction methods.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.

At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and practices.

Well versed in Planswift software for quantity take-off

Pre-tender/ Pre-contract project experience is a must

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
