Job Description
- Senior account managers typically manage a portfolio of accounts and are responsible for building strong client relationships
- developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
- Responsible for all Sales functions, including Promotions and Key account sales.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective boarding of new clients.
- Generate business through Corporate and SME’s.
- Promotion of Add on Sales and improvements to customer service.
- Giving Business solutions which includes selling Post-Paid connections, Broadband services and Landline connections to SME’s and Large enterprises.
- Maintaining long term relations with clients and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
