Senior PROJECT MANAGER INTERIOR FIT-OUT

DESIGNATION : SR. PROJECT MANAGER (INTERIOR FITOUT)

REPORTING TO : DIRECTOR PROJECTS

LOCATION : DUBAI UAE & SAUDI ARABIA

• Arrange and participate the kick off meeting with client and all concerned parties
  
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; create project calendar by estimating time and resources required to complete the project
  
• Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  
• Verify the drawing in coordination with BOQ. Any kind of discrepancies must be addressed in the beginning of the project to the management
  
• Responsible for entire project management plan including scope procurement production design communication cost time risk project human resources close out site clearance billing variation order and correspondence
  
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  
• Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and budget; track the cost of each activities to ensure the project done within the estimated budget; inform client and management in case any unpredicted activities or cost required.
  
• Budget must be verified time to time and discrepancies should be addressed to the management with justification
  
• All communication related to the client and management must be conversed by mail and the project secretary must be in the loop for documentation
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
  
• All longlead items must be ordered in advance with Procurement Team to ensure the availability of the material and timely completion of project
  
• Measure project performance. Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths skill sets and experience levels
  
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  
• Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule
  
• Ensure the quality of project done at site
  
• Coordination with the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fitout works for the issuance of occupancy certificate
  
• Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site by enforcing rules regulations and procedures at site
  
• Observe the skills attitudes performance and attendance of the workforce and motivate them to improve their performance at work
  
• Represent company in all project meetings
  
• Complete the project under the guidelines of mall and authority regulations
  
• Update the management site progress and project meeting on daily basis
  
• Submit closeout documents to the client
  
• Complete all snag works within stipulated time
  
• Prepare the handover report for client prior to merchandising
