Responsibilities:
• Strategic Event Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive roadshow strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create a detailed roadshows calendar, considering project timelines and geographical locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of roadshows into overall marketing plans.
• Event Logistics & Execution:
• Lead the planning and execution of roadshows, overseeing venue selection, logistics of marketing materials, and coordination with external vendors.
• Ensure flawless on-site execution and manage any issues that may arise during the events.
• Market Analysis & Insight on Post-Event Evaluation:
• Conduct ongoing analysis of events upon completion, gathering feedback from the sales team, agents, and hostesses to continuously refine and optimize roadshow strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
• Analyze key performance indicators, attendee engagement, sales, and overall success metrics.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the roadshow budget, forecasting expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising event quality.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and secure favorable agreements, maintaining strong partnerships for future collaborations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide meaningful insights from post-event evaluations.
• Budget management experience and negotiation skills
