Do you have a strong experience in providing assistance with day-to-day administrative functions and supporting the HR department?
The Human Resources Coordinator helps to facilitate a smooth and timely flow of communication for the HR ; The Assistant also serves as a resource for new hires who have additional on-boarding questions or issues and general employee population ; In addition, the role encompasses the following responsibilities:
Supporting the job requisition opening, posting and closing process & creating offer letters
Execute the successful completion of new-hire and transfer onboarding process, collating all new hire paperwork and new hire information, arranging equipment, creating IDs
Complete I-9 information, e-verify, and background checks as needed, ensure appropriate information is distributed to corporate office, payroll, benefits, L&D and the employees e-file
Facilitate, check and supervise the timely processing of all employee changes (promotions, approver changes, titles) and serve as the primary liaison with the payroll department to ensure these changes are completed properly
Execute termination paperwork and offboarding process tasks
Serve as an employee resource, answering any questions related to an employee s start or successful on-boarding, support 30-day check-ins
Manage tuition reimbursement program and employee referral bonus tracking and processing
Support HR team s goals and objectives including diversity initiatives, training and talent development, engagement and belonging initiatives in partnership with
Develop process efficiencies, so the entire team remains informed, and the HR function operates smoothly
Support business, technology, and office experience leads to manage space, remote work initiatives, IT and facilities
Assist with ad hoc HR data reporting, audit requests, coordinate and scheduling interviews for special projects related to People & Culture as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of work experience in Administrative, Human Resources or other support services
Bachelor s Degree strongly preferred; undergraduate degree in Human Resources or HR internship
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Windows-based computer programs required, specifically Outlook and
Must provide excellent customer service, understand the business needs, take initiative, possess excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
