Answering Calls: Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Message Taking: Accurately record and relay messages to recipients.
Information Provision: Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries.
Call Routing: Direct calls to the relevant extensions or departments.
Communication: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with telephone systems and office equipment.
Customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
