Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and run the restaurant as if it were yours

- Oversee daily operations and maintain a positive and energetic culture

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of General Manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment—we are looking for entrepreneurial concept experience, someone who can think independently and on their feet
- Must have experience with Indian cuisine
- Volume experience of at least $3M
- Some experience being responsible for alcoholic beverages
- Catering experience—delivery and events rather than full service
- Good tenure at prior jobs and consistent career progression
- Passionate about your people, your restaurant, and your industry
- Detailed-oriented and driven to succeed with an ownership mentality
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
- Competitive compensation in the $85,000 to $100,000 range
- Profit sharing: % of store net profit
