Responsibilities
• Supervise housekeeping operations
• Ensure designated rooms are prepared as per standards and guest requests • Clean and maintain designated public areas
• Make daily room and public area inspections
• Follow up on out of service rooms
• Ensure appropriate stock level for smooth operations
• Ensure proper linen supply for designated floors
• Coordinate with other departments regarding guest requests
• Offer assistance and suggest improvements
• Proper use of equipment and property management system
