1) Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
2) Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
3) Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
4) Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
5) Scan documents and print files, when needed
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor s Degree in any field.
Good typing speed with minimum of 50-60 words per minute.
Attention to details is must.
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Experience
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
Experience with MS Excel and Word
REQUIREMENTS
Should have basic computer experience.
