Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our ambitious project of developing a selfevolving blockchain platform. This role involves working on cuttingedge blockchain technologies implementing crosschain functionalities integrating AI/LLM for selfevolution and ensuring high transaction throughput and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology Solidity smart contract development and a passion for innovation in the web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development:

  • Develop test and deploy smart contracts in Solidity.

  • Implement crosschain functionalities using technologies like ChainBridge Polkadots XCMP or Cosmos IBC.

  • Integrate AI/LLM models to facilitate the selfevolving capabilities of the blockchain.

• Scalability and Performance Optimization:

  • Apply sharding state channels or Plasma chains for scalability.

  • Ensure the blockchain maintains a high transaction throughput (250000 TPS).

• Security:

  • Develop and maintain robust security protocols.

  • Implement AIdriven security measures and realtime threat detection.

• Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Research and Innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in blockchain and AI technologies.

• Propose and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive experience with blockchain technology and smart contract development.

  • Proficiency in Solidity and familiarity with EVM.

  • Experience with crosschain technologies and scalability solutions.

• AI/ML Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in blockchain.

• Software Development:

  • Strong background in software development algorithms and data structures.

  • Experience with development tools like Truffle Suite Hardhat Docker and Kubernetes.

• ProblemSolving:

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work on complex systems.

• Communication:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
