Job Description

Job Description: Sales Engineer (Outside Sales)

Education Qualification: Instrumentation/Mechanical Degree/Diploma

Experience: 27 years in Sales & Marketing.

Location: Dubai Abu Dhabi Oman

Salary:AED

Role:

  • Study the products technically and commercially for our complete range.
  • Plan visits to End Users/EPCs/OEMs in your region.
  • Generate inquiries for field instrumentation products & valves.
  • Prepare TechnoCommercial Offers with the help of the internal Product Team in UAE/India.
  • Involve the Sales/Country Manager for final discussions/negotiations if needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to execute orders in a proper and timely manner.
  • Register our Agency Brands in all major Oil and Gas Companies in your region.
  • Obtain approvals for our manufacturing brands.
  • Sales targets will be given for each Sales Engineer based on their territory/number of customers and we expect you to achieve 100% or more.
  • Incentives will be provided upon achieving the targets. Incentive schemes are available even if you achieve 80%/90%/100% and more.

Roles and Responsibilities: SALES

  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular contacts and identify further sales and business development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes for acquiring customers opportunities and submitting contract documents.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Identify requirements for new products and services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Respond to client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.

Reporting: There will be a reporting system sales engineers have to report daily to the office through the punching system and outside sales engineers have to report weekly to the office. The format will be given.

Driving License: A UAE/GCC Driving License will be an additional advantage.
