Tour Guide

• Greet visitors upon arrival and determine tour itinerary and duration
• Explain historical and cultural background of the site, as well as significant cultural and religious customs to ensure visitors have an enjoyable experience
• Introduce visitors to our six emblematic structures, which stand in representation of traditional Islamic architecture
• Share relevant knowledge and anecdotes during tour or presentation to enhance their appreciation of Quranic scripture and ideology
• Provide a comprehensive overview of our exhibits, collections, displays and interactive multimedia for vivid, attractive and psychologically targeting presentations
• Ensure visitors are treated with respect and respond to inquiries politely and tactfully
  

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Tour Guide or similar role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to be personable and entertaining
• Knowledge and understanding of Islamic culture, architecture, traditions, customs, and religions
• Ability to adjust tour content and activities efficiently to best accommodate the interest of visitors
• Educational background in Islamic Studies, Archeology, History, or related fields preferred
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekend and evening tours when required
