Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for website, corporate, passenger, and Wowfi page content.
- Coordinate content across various digital channels to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring adherence to a consistent publishing schedule.
- Regularly update website content to reflect current information and align with emerging trends.
- Conduct content audit and governance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand voice and guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, informative content.
- Oversee the creation and publication of engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify optimization opportunities for search engine content.
- Execute on-page optimization strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headings, and image alt text.
- Monitor search engine rankings and make content adjustments as needed to enhance rankings.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools to adapt strategies based on insights.
- Facilitate a user-friendly interface for creating and editing digital content.
- Oversea permissions and access control to ensure authorized content management.
- Support workflow processes for content creation, review, approval, and publication.
- Implement search and retrieval features for easy location of specific content within the system.
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Analyze website metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Generate reports on website performance and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, writers, designers, and other content creators to develop and implement content strategies aligning with overall marketing goals.
- Work closely with the social media team to effectively promote website content through various social media channels.
- Coordinate with the BT team to ensure the maintenance of website functionality and timely resolution of any issues.
