Job Description
On behalf of a newly established aircraft leasing trading entity in Dublin, we are looking to hire a (Senior) Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for the financial statement close process and preparation of monthly financial accounts for the Aircraft Component Parts Trading Department. This is an excellent opportunity for the preferred candidate to liaise and work with multiple departments from a finance perspective within a start up aircraft parts trading business in a well-positioned aircraft leasing company, with strong long-term shareholders.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Head of Finance to perform month end close and reporting of results for the parts trading business.
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of financial reporting systems.
- Inventory accounting, including oversight stock taking process.
- Work with VP of FP&A to prepare month end variance analysis.
Requirements
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified Accountant with c. 3+ years of post qualified experience.
- Prior experience with Inventory accounting experience required.
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively at all levels within the organization including with the Management/Leadership Team.
- Proven ability to adapt in a daily changing environment and to operate as a strong team player.
