Responsibilities
• Perform the complete set-up for breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour, and midnight snack in the Executive Lounge.
• Responsible for breaking down buffets in the cold kitchen area, ensuring a smooth transition between service periods.
• Greet guests entering the Executive Lounge, assist them at their tables, and offer drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness at guest tables, including washing cutlery, glasses, and plates/cups. • Provide attentive service, addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction during their stay in the lounge. • Order and manage inventory for food and beverage using the FMC/Birch Street program. • Conduct regular checks on supplies, requisition service ware, utensils, linens, and oversee buffet set-up.
• Follow established hygiene standards rigorously, completing necessary forms and returning them to designated departments.
• Implement and adhere to the 'Clean as you go policy' to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members, ensuring excellent coordination during service.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Executive Lounge, general Front Office, and other relevant departments.
• Provide relevant information through handovers, logbooks, daily packets, and other tools for seamless communication.
