Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market share within the packaging industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance excellence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business expansion and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and forecast revenue projections to track performance and present insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving sales objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with the senior management team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management role within the packaging industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of packaging industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs in the UAE market.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
