Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management role within the packaging industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating high-performance sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of packaging industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs in the UAE market.
