Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UAE office The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years of proven experience in building BB sales from the ground up particularly in the context of IT software and service startup companies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive BB sales growth in the UAE market
- Utilize a strategic approach to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Build and manage a highperformance sales team fostering a culture of excellence and achievement
Qualifications
- Minimum of years of progressive experience in BB sales specifically in building sales from zero to one for IT software and service startups
- Strong background in IT services and solutions with a solid understanding of the industry landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets
- Exceptional office management skills including the ability to work efficiently with less supervision
- Technical background or familiarity with IT solutions is highly preferred
