Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Communicates with client &consultant and collaborates with subcontractors engineers, and other specialists & staffs to deliver project progress reports.
• Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
• Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are strictly followed.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
