Head of the digital center

• Developing a Thales Digital Center of Excellence in the UAE for both defense and civil applications, for domestic and export markets.
• Increasing the activity and impact of the digital company Tate in the United Arab Emirates in partnership with the local environment and in coordination with Thales’ strategies and roadmap.
• Ensure CoE management and announcements including quotes, projects and compensation.
Roles and responsibilities
• Define and communicate the ambitions, interests and objectives of the Thales Digital Center of Excellence.
• Promoting the concept of the Thales Digital Center of Excellence internally and externally.
• Participate in defining digital business with customer and sales managers.
• Develop digital business with support from customer and sales managers, using group compensation as a motivator.
• Support the preparation of quotations and implementation of local activities for projects in the Digital Center of Excellence.
• Coordinate the business plan for the Digital Center of Excellence with the operating business units/strategies of Thales.
Work experience requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in bid and/or project management and/or business development.
• Customer interface
• team management
• Experience leading governance within large program environments, such as program councils and senior stakeholder reporting including strategic planning.
Qualifications, certifications and education requirements
• At least a Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
