L1-L2 Technician

Looking for L L technician for our client based in Dubai 

Responsibilities

• Provide first and secondlevel technical support to endusers via phone email or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including but not limited to desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals
• Install configure and maintain computer systems software applications and network devices
• Assist with user account management including creating modifying and disabling user accounts
• Respond to and resolve support tickets within established SLAs ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems
• Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support personnel when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities including troubleshooting steps resolutions and user information
• Participate in the development and delivery of user training sessions and workshops
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge
  
  Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus
• Proven experience as an L L Technician or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and work in a fastpaced environment
