Looking for L L technician for our client based in Dubai 
Responsibilities
- Provide first and secondlevel technical support to endusers via phone email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including but not limited to desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals
- Install configure and maintain computer systems software applications and network devices
- Assist with user account management including creating modifying and disabling user accounts
- Respond to and resolve support tickets within established SLAs ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support personnel when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities including troubleshooting steps resolutions and user information
- Participate in the development and delivery of user training sessions and workshops
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus
- Proven experience as an L L Technician or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and work in a fastpaced environment
