Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests and explain the process of the spa experience
- Answer guest questions
- Review and update guest profile forms and customize treatments to address client needs and contraindications
- Perform spa treatments
- Suggest and promote to guests retail products or additional services based on their needs
- Farewell guests guiding them to their next area
- Following scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms
- Manage levels of professional stock and supplies
- Take care of working equipment
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality
- Flexibility in shift/working patterns to meet the needs of the service in a developing and changing environment
- To be responsible to the employer and subject to the practice complaints procedure
Requirements
- Minimum years of experience
- Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries and diseases
- Knowledge of Chinese meridians is an asset
- Knowledge of principles for providing customer service
- Knowledge of Russian and English
