Job Description

- Handles inquiries and telephone calls from contractors, consultants - for sales and follow-up; answers technical and pricing queries.
- Coordinates between principal and customer on progress of orders and deliveries.
- Dealing with existing customer requests, providing quotations, and information such as stock availability, delivery dates etc.
- To aid with customer orders, account statuses and relevant issues.
- Review pending orders and specify customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Manage the company CRM database.
- To handle the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Sales Manager.
