We are now hiring a Health care Manager for our clients in Dublin and the Eastern Region.
As a Healthcare Manager, you will support and manage several of our homes and centres across the
Greater Dublin area and Eastern region. Healthcare managers and their care teams work to ensure
outstanding client and resident experiences at our step-down facilities and nursing homes.
This role reports to and is responsible to the Director of Care Services.
This role will require significant travel and flexibility with working hours.
To provide support and assistance to Directors of Nursing in the provision of high-quality care
standards to residents in our Nursing Homes. This will be achieved by working
alongside the Directors of Nursing and the care team, facilitating, and assisting them to meet
and exceed national quality standards in care delivery.
The Healthcare Manager will objectively measure quality standards in the homes and use
these metrics to build consistency within and between homes.
To act as project manager or quality improvement manager in homes where deficiencies have
been identified or where assistance is needed to achieve the required clinical standards. This
includes the structure of clinical teams, reporting and communications systems,
documentation, and record-keeping.
To work in collaboration with Director of Care Services, Healthcare Managers and Directors
of Nursing in the achievement of all objectives.
Requirements
Nursing qualification with more than 5 years experience of management in the healthcare
Registered with Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland.
Post-registration qualification in management essential.
Extensive experience in a healthcare environment.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Sound decision-making ability and results driven.
Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the company.
