Job Description

  • Manage the catering services from collection of daily requirements & coordination with Catering service provider
  • Conduct monthly Food committee meeting, confirmation of menu and coordination with service provider
  • Collect and process the catering invoice claims and follow up with the Finance department on payments
  • Generate monthly grocery requirements and coordinate with Halcon procurement department to place the order of the required quantity
  • Distribute grocery items to various facilities and maintain documentation of vendor delivery and issues to facilities
  • Collect and process invoice claims for electricity, water & BTU, follow up with Finance on payments where required
  • Monitor facility building rent contracts and follow up with Halcon contract department for contract renewal
  • Review and develop the Asset Management policy and procedures as required
  • Oversee the effective functioning of the Asset Management process and system in line with the Company’s Asset Management policy and procedures
  • Operate Asset Management software ensuring data accuracy, integrity and maintenance
  • Maintain and regularly update the Physical Asset Register (PAR) ensuring all assets are recorded and barcoded including printing of RFID tags and tagging of assets
  • Ensure all assets are properly classified, categorised and recorded in the AM software
  • Conduct periodic audits, checks and physical verification of current and new assets to ensure compliance with fixed asset accounting rules
  • Arrange meeting with various departments for reconciliation of asset data with Purchase order & SAP
  • Process asset transfer requests including the response to emergency requests as required
  • Ensure record and prepare report on the details of lost, theft and defective assets
  • Prepare monthly asset statistical data and report to Management and the Leadership team
  • Assess Scrap items before proceeding to the next level as per approved policies and procedures

Experience & Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 7+ years of proven experience in similar role
