Risk strategy development and implementation - lead the development of the organisations risk strategy, evolving this as the organisations maturity improves.
Risk appetite - help further develop/adjust the organisations risk appetite as the environment, strategy and maturity change.
Risk strategy - guided by the risk appetite, set roadmap and prioritise group and team activities to improve the management of risk across the organisation and enable improvement in maturity.
Risk identification, risk assessment/analysis, process flow and controls assessment, documentation and reporting - will be done partnering closely with business stakeholders, and will include facilitating discussion and workshop sessions (identification of key risk indicators and maintain regular monitoring and reporting of indicators as required).
Document and ensure implementation and communication of key risks.
Continuous improvement of risk management frameworks, strategies and methodologies.
Facilitate key risk management workshops, reviews, and assessments with key stakeholders.
Facilitate reporting to the committee meetings.
Create all the risk management procedures and associated tools, including standardised risk registers and reporting templates.
Develop, maintain and deliver risk management training requirements.
Positively contribute to ensuring a solid working relationship with key stakeholders.
