Lead HR department functions/missions including: talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR information systems and any other mission
Provide strategic counsel on all people matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws across UAE, but also UK/USA.
Oversee and develop as well as implement the remuneration policies and practices in line with general principals.
Accountable for the performance of HR functioning and HR team.
Create and manage the HR department’s annual budget and follow up closely on financial forecast of the department
Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition.
In cooperation with relevant departments, create, develop, implement and oversee the general training and professional development policies.
Develop company wellbeing, health and counselling policies.
Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture.
Experience required:
5 years HR Management / Business Administration experience and a proven track record of high professionalism, and ability to get jobs done efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English, highly presentable and smart manners.
