Job Description
- Provide control, organization, and supervision of personnel activities in workshop and on board.
- Distribution of tasks and monitoring the performance of tasks, evaluation and quality control of the work performed.
- Inspection of engines parts and troubleshooting of engines.
- Planning and full management for overseas works, related to engine overhaul including engine components overhaul in situ and during voyage sail.
- Providing completion and technical reports for the customers.
- Preparing work completion reports, inspection and calibration reports.
- Manage parallel overhaul of several motors.
- Overhaul and maintenance of 4-stroke diesel engines. (MAN; MAK; Wartsila; Niigata; Yanmar; Hyundai HIMSEN etc.)
- Engine performance test using engine diagnostic system, adjustment of engine parameters.
- Troubleshooting of engines
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Marine Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience with Engine makers or Marine/Offshore/Power Generation Industry preferably
- Good communication skill in English
- Experience inMAN; MAK; Wartsila; Niigata; Yanmar; Hyundai HIMSEN etc
