Abu Dhabis top tier developer is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to join their rapidly expanding business, and Black & Grey HR is recruiting for the position. As the successful candidate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal and administrative support to the team and offering expert guidance on legal and operational issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert legal advice to both local and overseas management teams on a wide range of complex legal issues.
- Reviewing and advising on legal documentation, including contracts and tender documents.
- Assessing the legal implications of internal policies and procedures and advising management accordingly.
- Drafting contracts, agreements, and internal policies in compliance with all relevant statutory and legal requirements in the UAE.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the Abu Dhabi Public Notary offices and overseeing the notarisation process.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess a paralegal qualification or law degree and at least five years of experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
